Our lab is interested in understanding how non-coding RNAs and RNA methylations regulate cellular phenotypes, such as apoptosis, cell motility and proliferation in the context of human cell lines. To this extent, we take advantage of biochemical, genetics and genomics tools to screen ncRNAs and methylated RNA residues for phenotype-genotpe association and molecular characterization.
